Martha is Dead is a dark psychological thriller, within which LKA promises deep, multi-layered narratives combined with real locations and a mix of history, superstition, and psychological distress. They added: "The PC and Xbox versions of Martha is Dead are both unaffected by these developments and will launch with the full unedited gameplay as planned."
